i have trouble with too many choices

looking at tile drives me crazy. it seems every tile i pick out is so expensive. i'm giving up on the tile i picked before. i can't put in as much of the glass tile i wanted to use. it's sad.
i think i am going with a classic vintage black and white tile pattern for the floor. http://www.restorationtile.com/straightjoint.html has alot of samples of different patterns
now i have to decide on tile to use inside the shower.
progress is being made with the remodeling. the bathroom plumming is almost done. soon the shower walls will be frammed out. also since there is a large window in the middle of the shower i have decided to put in a half window. my mom thinks we are going to slip in shower and crash through the window. ha!moms are so silly.

long time no post....

it's benn a long 11 months working on this project. and i am back to the start AGAIN! long story short, bad contractor, bad decisions.Although i have to say at least i got back some of the money i sank into round one.

so 11 months later everything contractor #1 put in, contractor#2 took out and redid correctly. Here we are to the fun things. i have ordered the floor from Home Depot...Bamboo in the spice color choice for the entire upstairs except the bathroom. It was on sale too!
I really wanted a claw foot tub, but since the bathroom is located in one of the two dormers that were added onto the original roof the walls are all slanted leaving no room for a shower curtain tall enough. but i have found a picture of something that will work perfectly! i am trying to go for a vintage feel for the bathroom.
The sink i ordered is from American Standard. So if you go to the american standard site the retrospect console sink is a little pricey, but at home depot you can have it special ordered for way less. That is what i have been doing for almost everything i find online.
Updates will be constant now so keep checking back!
