stairs to no where

So i can't figure out how to post my one pictures the right direction...sorry i keep saving it right but when i upload it it comes out side ways.

Here's the story with the steps. the previous owners built these steps to the second floor in our kitchen. i think they are referred somtimes to butler stairs. Anyways they look great. before there were stairs to the second floor you had to pull a set out of the ceiling to get up there.

Then you open the door and its just all plywood. The remodeling started last week. So far so good. the electric and insulation are going in first. I am not sure how long this project will take.
I have found tons of great things to put in madisons room. So keep checkng back for updates!

This is a blog of a second floor attic space that is being remodeled into a sweet bedroom, sitting room and bathroom for MADISON!!!
you might ask why. Let me tell you.Madison is my only daughter (and probally last). We have lived in at my moms, a few apartments, and then back at my moms, then into a house, and finally into our permant 1940's bungalow style home. With all these moves and rooms i wanted to give madison a plae of her own to spend her soon upcoming teen years. she is a wonderful daughter and friend and i love her to death!She deserves this.
